We will gladly replace a manufacturer's defective or damaged product, within the first 30 days from the date of delivery. Prior approval is required before any exchanges will be made. Before contacting us, please do the following things: Be sure you have inserted NEW batteries into the product. Be sure the batteries are inserted correctly. Be sure that any screw caps are not cross threaded and are on securely and tight.  If it is a physical defect in the product, pictures must be submitted. Please click here to submit a manufacturer's defect claim. The defective item will be replaced with the same item only. In the event that the item is no longer available/out of stock, a similar item may be issued solely at our discretion . The replacement item will be shipped to you at no cost.
